Welkom
Bij deze wens ik je te bedanken voor je aanwezigheid op de bijeenkomst vorige zondag over het cohousing project en voor je interesse en vragen. Dit project leeft blijkbaar sterk en daarom wil ik alvast mededelen dat een volgende bijeenkomst is gepland na 15 juni.
We zullen nog een bericht rondsturen met mogelijke data en tijdstippen waarin je kunt aangeven wat past voor jou (dit heet een doodle). Op die manier krijgen we zoveel mogelijk geïnteresseerden opnieuw bijeen.
Ook bereid ik online een mini-enquête voor met vragen naar meer concrete aspecten (waar willen jullie wonen?, hoe groot is jullie budget?, wat zijn jullie wensen inzake faciliteiten?, etc.). Tijdens de bijeenkomst in juni kunnen we daar dan op ingaan.
Ter zelfdertijd, naast de mogelijkheid van de oprichting van een geheel nieuw cohousing project, stel ik enkele opties voor van reeds bestaande gebouwen en projecten die in aanmerking komen voor gezamelijke aankoop, bouw en/of verbouwing.
Tenslotte zullen we tijdens die vergadering de verschillende mogelijke groepsstructuren met hun pro’s en contra’s aankaarten (vzw, coöperatieve, …).

Via onder meer de maandelijkse “Drinks at Seven” wordt HolebiHome als idee bekend en bespreekbaar gemaakt. Par la présente, je tiens à vous remercier de votre présence à la réunion de dimanche dernier sur le projet de cohousing, ainsi que pour votre intérêt et les questions posées. Ce projet semble bénéficier d’un soutien solide, raison pour laquelle je souhaite déjà vous informer qu’une prochaine réunion est prévue après le 15 juin.
Nous allons encore envoyer un message avec des propositions de dates et heures possibles, et vous pourrez nous indiquer ce qui vous conviendrait (prospection). De la sorte, nous réunirons à nouveau le maximum de personnes intéressées.
Je prépare également une mini-enquête interrogeant sur des aspects plus concrets (où voulez-vous habiter, quel est votre budget, quels sont vos souhaits en termes de facilités, etc.). Nous pourrons y donner suite lors de la réunion de juin.
En même temps, outre la possibilité de constituer un tout nouveau projet de cohousing, je propose quelques options de bâtiments déjà existants et de projets qui entrent en considération pour un achat, une construction et/ou transformation collectifs.
Nous aborderons enfin lors de la réunion les différentes structures de groupe possibles, avec leurs avantages et leurs inconvénients (ASBL, coopérative, …).
N’hésitez pas à m’appeler ou à m’écrire avec d’autres réactions et/ou questions. Je suis à votre entière disposition. Nous vous rencontrons également avec plaisir lors de nos Drinks at Seven mensuels à l’Hôtel Le Dixseptième, le prochain se tenant le mercredi 30 mai à 19h00.

A travers les « Drinks at Seven » mensuels entre autres, l’intérêt pour HolebiHome grandit et devient peu à peu un sujet de discussions. Ces réunions, une initiative soutenue par le Holebis Seniors Bruxelles, la Belgian Business Association, le English Speaking Gay Group et Egalité sont organisées chaque dernier mercredi du mois entre 19 et 21 heures, dans le charmant hôtel Le Dixseptième, situé au cœur de Bruxelles (25, rue de la Madeleine, 1000 Bruxelles, près de la Gare de Bruxelles-Central). I hereby wish to thank you for attending the meeting last Sunday on the cohousing project and for your interest and questions. This project is apparently going strong and that is why I would like to announce that the next meeting will be scheduled after 15 June.
We will send out a message with potential dates and times and you can let us know what is most suitable for you (this is called a Doodle). In this way we will once again be able to gather as many interested parties as possible. I am also preparing a mini online survey with questions involving more concrete aspects (where would you like to live?, what is your budget?, what amenities are you looking for?, etc.). During the June meeting we will be able to discuss this further. At the same time, in addition to the option of the setup of a brand-new cohousing project, I will suggest a few options for existing buildings and projects that are eligible for joint purchase, construction and/or conversion.Lastly we will touch on the various possible group structures with their pros and cons during the meeting (non-profit, cooperative, etc.).
